1️⃣ Introduction to Hospitality & Tourism
Grades 9–12 | 1 Credit | No Prerequisite
Students explore careers in hotels, restaurants, travel, events, and tourism while building foundational employability and customer service skills.
2️⃣ Technology for Hospitality & Tourism
Grades 10–12 | 1 Credit | Prerequisite Required
Students develop technical skills used in the industry, including reservation systems, digital marketing tools, booking platforms, and workplace technology.
3️⃣ Hospitality & Tourism Marketing Management
Grades 11–12 | 1 Credit | Prerequisite Required
Focuses on sales, branding, marketing plans, event planning, leadership, and management principles within hospitality businesses.
4️⃣ Hospitality & Tourism Entrepreneurship (Capstone)
Grade 12 | 1 Credit | Internship/Prerequisite Required
Students explore entrepreneurship, business ownership, sustainable hospitality practices, and event production while completing capstone-level work.
